ROAM Without Worry: Remote Access Just Got a Whole Lot Easier

June 29, 2006 -Charlotte-based SANDirect announces a new partnership with Canadian company AnyWare Group. The relationship allows SANDirect to bring AnyWare Group's unique, customer-driven access solution, called Role Oriented Access Management (ROAM), to the local and national market.

ROAM, a patent pending, secure access infrastructure, provides true clientless access to any mainframe, client server, or web-based application through a single, role-oriented portal, which means users have access only to the files and applications they need to fulfill their responsibilities within an organization.

The solution is compatible with standard corporate operating systems, including Windows, Unix and Linux; any type of computer, including Macs and thin clients; and any application that can be accessed remotely from within an organization.
