1. What are the key advantages of AnyWare Group's Partner Program?
AnyWare's partner program offers some significant advantages:
(1) ROAM is provided as a Software as a Service model that provides you with recurring revenue, month after month, year after year.
(2) Anyware provides pre-sales engineering support and takes care of all the after sales operations support minimizing your resource requirements.

2. Is there a fee to becoming a partner?
There is no fee.

3. How do I enroll in the AnyWare Group Partner Program?
Complete the Application form found on the AnyWare Group Partner web page and fax it into us. You will be contacted by AnyWare Group to discuss your application.

4. How many program levels do you offer?
There are three types of partners currently defined within our program; Referral Partner, Sales Partner and Reseller Partner.

5. Is there a limit as to how many Partners AnyWare Group will accept?
Yes, AnyWare Group will select only a few partners in any one geographical area minimizing your competition and maximizing your revenue opportunities.

6. What kind of certifications are my technical team required to receive?
If you want to become a full Resales Partner AnyWare Group provides a three hour technical introduction to the ROAM service for those technical staff who will be interacting with customers and supporting the sales effort. If you are signing up to become a Referral or Sales Partner no technical training is required.

7. What are the inventory requirements for AnyWare Group services?
A ROAM installation requires one to two small Sun servers. If you are a Reseller Partner. depending on the volume of business you do, AnyWare can ship the devices directly to you or the customer's site for installation or alternatively you can stock a small inventory. For Referral and Sales Partners, AnyWare Group takes care of all the installation details.

8. What are the requirements to be a partner?
A signed partner agreement, participate in the appropriate training session(s), launch plans, sales forecasting and reporting, and customer billing requirements. All requirements will be established in the partnership agreement.

9. What support does AnyWare Group provide to its partners (sales, marketing, and technical)?
Technical and pre-sales support, training, operations and technical support, co-marketing programs and public relations campaigns are available for partners. All benefits will be established in the partnership agreement and on the AnyWare Group Partner web site at http://www.anywaregroup.com/partners .

10. What size customer does AnyWare Group services support?
AnyWare Group' hosted ROAM services provide enterprise-class secure communications services for every size of business from 50 users to 50,000 and beyond.
