ROAM Conferencing is a fully-managed, hosted service to get you quickly started with secure web conferencing. AnyWare Group manages all web conferencing software and hardware. ROAM users only require a web browser (Internet Explorer V5.0 or later). And if ROAM users want full audio and video, they will require an optional web camera and/or microphone.

ROAM Conferencing hosts and presenters have a full set of interactive controls, including white boards, to deliver presentations. Hosts can control the presentation, allow /disable participants to interact with the presentation, promote a participant to presenter, demote presenters and expel users.
